Where we ship
We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, email support@trystepio.com before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach you.
Processing
Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day leave our facility the same day. After that, or on a weekend or holiday, they leave the next business day. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Options and cost
Standard, 3 to 7 business days. Free on every order, no minimum.
Express, 2 to 3 business days. Calculated at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO add 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates after dispatch, not guarantees, and carriers slow down around holidays and in bad weather.
Taxes and duties
US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. For any international order, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived
Check with anyone else at the address and look around the property first, since carriers often leave parcels out of sight. If it has not turned up 48 hours after the delivery scan, email us with your order number and we will open a claim and send a replacement.
Wrong address
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will usually be able to correct it. Once a label is printed we cannot change it. A parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address is refunded minus the shipping we paid, or reshipped once you cover the new postage.
